Speaking Engagement: Governing Council of Ontario Bar Association (OBA)

Earlier today, during a meeting of the Ontario Bar Association (OBA)’s governing Council, I delivered a CASL presentation for Council Members.

The OBA’s governing Council elects the OBA’s officers, approves the OBA’s budget, and most importantly, determines OBA policy. Council meets four times a year to perform its duties and hear reports from the President, Executive Director, Standing Committees, Divisions and other agenda items set by the President.
